Tyllwyd Hir has a strict no smoking policy in the house.

Well behaved dogs are welcome providing they sleep in owners car, no pets allowed in house.

We regret we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years old.

A 25% deposit payable on booking.

Cancellation policy

50% of total charge if cancelled with less than 7 days notice. 25% if more than 7 days notice, however these charges may be reduced at our discretion if we are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Access Statement

There is a large gravelled parking area and the house is approached by a gently sloping gravelled path with two shallow steps at the start and six to the level area in front of house. The front door can be reached by car for less able guests to be dropped off, assistance will be offered with carrying luggage.

Entry to the hall via front door is by three wide steps ten centimetres high, level access to dining room and sitting room.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor via a oak staircase with thirteen steps and a ninety degree left turn near the top. There is a hand rail on the right hand side. (no lift). Once on landing there no further steps to bedrooms or to en- suites. All doors have lever style handles.

Bedrooms have cordless kettles and remote control TV.

Guests arriving by train can be collected from Llanwrda Station by prior arrangement.
