Delicious Breakfasts

After your good night’s sleep you’ll be ready for breakfast which is served in the dining room from 8:00 to 9:30am. Earlier if required. A range of fruit juices, cereals, muesli, yoghurt or porridge is available if you wish.

Our Full Cooked Breakfast includes eggs from our own hens. Homemade bread and dry cured bacon from Matthews of Llandovery and sausages made by Coopers in Llandeilo.

Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg

If you prefer you may have scrambled eggs with or without smoked salmon, from the Black Mountain Smokery. Plenty of toast, homemade marmalade and conserves is available together with abundant Fair Trade tea and coffee. Organic and locally produced food is used where possible.

Light suppers can be provided by prior arrangement.

If you have an special dietary needs we will of course do our best to oblige - especially if you let us know beforehand!

Sitting Room

Rather than be restricted to your bedroom we encourage guests to use our comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV etc. We like to greet our guests with a warm welcome, a hot drink and some homemade scones or cakes on arrival
